Aspirin Mask - How to get rid of zits
# Take 6 - 8 uncoated aspirin tablets in cup or bowl and crush them in to a powder.
# Add a few drops of warm/hot water, allow vera gel or honey, now stir until you have a thick white paste.
# Spread over your entire face, sit back and relax for 10-15 minutes.
# Wash off the mask with warm water and a gentle cleanser, as you wash gently massage, the grains will help exfoliate and reveal softer, glowing skin.

# Make sure you have all the vitamins and mineral needed by your body. Try taking multivitamin.
# You can go for over the counter products based on benzoyl peroxide. Check on the label of the product you wish to purchase and make sure you select the one with the lowest concentration.
Apply 2% benzoil peroxide cream from the tube. This is available at any drug store. Neutrogena On-the-Spot is one such product. Kern sells his own product on-line from his site. When you begin using it, start with a small amount, what you think would be the minimum amount to cover the area. Over the next two weeks, you will be increasing the amount used until it’s double the amount you started with. Be careful to avoid the area around your eyes.
Magnesium hydroxide for existing zits
Products containing magnesium hydroxide, which is most often used to treat upset stomach and constipation, is said to help get rid of zits when applied topically. Milk of Magnesia is one of the best home remedies, and it has been used for decades to get rid of zits, but any comparable product will work just as well.
Diet - How to get rid of zits
For Breakfast:
Have a large glass of fresh fruit juice plain iced water.
For Lunch:
Any fruit that is in season: Apples, Melons, Berries. Don\'t mix the fruits at one meal.
For Dinner:
Either fresh, home-made salads with simple dressing made with Lemon juice, olive oil and uniodized salt
