This action is due to the presence of apiol, which is a constituent of the female sex hormone estrogens. Cramps, which are a result of menstrual irregularities, are relieved and frequently corrected entirely by the regular use of parsley juice, particularly in conjunction with beet juice; or with beet, carrot, and cucumber juices. The recommended quantity is 75 ml of each of the four juices.

Henna (Lawsonia alba)

Take cayenne in capsule form to control blood flow. Take chamomile, parsley, safflower, and squaw vine to increase blood flow.

Tender mango leaves dried in shadow powdered (1 teaspoon) mixed with honey (1 teaspoon) and taken internally regularly cures venereal diseases. One of the best home remedies for menstruation.

Cramp bark (Viburnum opulus) is one of the most ancient and useful herbs used to treat menstrual cramps. It helps in easing severe cramps that causes nausea, vomiting and sweaty chills.

Exercising is one of the easiest ways to ward off this problem. Walking helps in reducing menstrual cramps because it improves circulation of pelvic organs. While walking, do not strain yourself; walk in a relaxed fashion by moving your arms and hips freely.
